Cultivated in Upper Normandy between two and three years in an area of seaweed and freshwater due to the underground rivers that seep between the famous cliffs of Retreat. Characterized by its perfection and balance in the mouth between the sweetness of its meat and its great marine flavor of the Atlantic. Its traditional cultivation process and unique flavor reward it with the Bronze Medal 2013 and Silver Medal 2015, 2016, 2018 in Paris.

Cultivated in the Bay of Morlaix (Brittany) for 3 years, in an area with strong currents, rich in algae and plankton where the oyster enjoys a pure sea. It is characterized by a beautiful range of beige and brown colors and its fleshy appearance. Once in the mouth, the oyster releases a diversity of marine flavors and a mild aroma of hazelnut that flood the palate. Its excellence and unique flavor reward it with Gold Medal 2014 in Paris.
